What to expect
Our most complete coastal trip. Seven days from Accra to the western beaches and back, mixing heritage, rainforest and long slow afternoons by the sea. Good for a first visit to Ghana.
Day by Day
Itinerary
1Day 1: Arrive in Accra
Airport pickup, check in, and an easy welcome dinner. No agenda — just rest after the flight.
2Day 2: Accra highlights
Jamestown, Makola Market and the Nkrumah memorial before the drive west in the afternoon.
3Day 3: Cape Coast Castle
A full guided morning at Cape Coast Castle, then a quiet afternoon in town.
4Day 4: Elmina & Kakum
Elmina Castle in the morning and the Kakum canopy walk after lunch.
5Day 5: West to Busua
Drive to the western beaches. The rest of the day is yours — swim, surf, or do nothing at all.
6Day 6: Beach day
A full day on the coast. Optional boat trip to Nzulezu, the village on stilts, if the water is right.
7Day 7: Back to Accra
A relaxed drive back to Accra with lunch on the way, timed for your evening flight.
