Vivid Memories LLC ("Vivid Memories", "we", "us") provides photo and video activations, event styling and related production services. This site is operated at makevividmemories.com.

We collect only what you type into one of our two forms. The booking reply card asks for your name, email, phone number, event type, date, venue, estimated guest count and any notes you add. The partner application asks for your name, business details, contact details and a description of your interest.

We do not run advertising trackers, and the site does not set cookies for analytics or marketing. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Submissions are emailed to us so we can reply to your enquiry, quote your event, and if you book, plan and deliver the work. Partner applications are used to assess suitability and tier placement.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Where a venue or a co-vendor needs logistical details to deliver your event, we share only what that delivery requires.

Enquiry correspondence is retained while it is commercially useful and for as long as our records obligations require. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time by emailing us, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Photographs and video produced at your event belong to you to use as agreed in your booking contract. We may wish to show selected frames in our portfolio, on this site or on social media. Where your contract does not already cover it, we ask first, and we will always honour a request to withdraw an image.

Guests who appear in booth photographs receive their own files at the event. If you are pictured on this site and would like the image removed, email us and we will take it down.

Enquiries made through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings. A date is held only once we have confirmed it in writing and any required retainer has been received.

Pricing quoted through this site is an estimate based on the information you provide, and is subject to a written agreement covering scope, hours, travel, venue requirements, cancellation and rescheduling. That agreement governs the engagement if anything here conflicts with it.

We are fully licensed and insured, and can issue certificates to your venue on request.

Site content, layout and photography are the property of Vivid Memories unless credited otherwise, and may not be reproduced without permission.

We keep the site accurate but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and we may change services, offerings and this page at any time.
